Tobias Stamatis CEO Tobias Stamatis is CEO of Etribes and works on venture building, digital strategy, D2C and e-commerce. He represents Etribes in its partnership with the House of AI in Hamburg, where AI startups and companies meet. He studied International Business at Maastricht University.

Karo Junker de Neui COO & Kassenzone Co-Host Karo Junker de Neui is COO of Etribes and co-host of the Kassenzone podcast. She joined Etribes in 2019 from her own company Buddy & Selly, an online shop for second-hand luxury fashion. Her focus is digital strategy, e-commerce business models and digital marketing. She studied Management and Entrepreneurship at Leuphana University Lüneburg and Business Administration at HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration.

Stefan Luther CIO Stefan Luther is CIO of Etribes and works on e-commerce strategy, digital branding and UX, and corporate incubation. He wrote the Etribes study “Vision E-Commerce 2030” and speaks about AI in online shops and commerce platforms. He holds a business degree (Diplom-Kaufmann) from Leuphana University Lüneburg, where he also held a lectureship.

Today the team uses the Software Factory to build software for companies whose IT is at capacity. AI agents plan, build, test and document every ticket. The client’s team approves the plan and reviews before release. Etribes runs the Factory on its own work too. Consulting, data and engineering work on the same projects, from the first workshop to the running system. The experience comes from more than 1,000 projects for more than 150 clients and more than 100 architectures built. On top of that comes a network of more than 150 founders, decision makers and alumni. The team works from Hamburg, Berlin, Munich and Osijek.
