Getting to know each other
Within two weeks of your application, our People Team gets in touch with you. In the first conversation we get to know each other and clarify expectations and general conditions.

Case study or interview
You receive feedback within one week. Then, depending on the position, you work on a case study with us or have a technical interview. You meet colleagues from the department, on site or remotely.

Final conversations
After this step, too, you hear from us within a week. In the final round you meet someone from leadership and your future team and clarify any remaining questions.
At what level do I start consulting?
In the recruiting process, we evaluate your level and talk to you openly during the process, at which stage you start with us.
Which documents do you need to apply?
We appreciate your career so far in the form of a CV or your LinkedIn profile.
Can I apply for multiple jobs with you?
Yes, you are welcome to apply directly for several positions with us or use the first time you get to know the people team to find the right role for you.
Will I be considered for other roles at Etribes?
Yes, our people team reviews all applications and may contact you if it could also be a good fit for another role.
Can I also work with you remotely/throughout Germany?
We have locations in Hamburg, Berlin, Munich and Osijek. We can talk about remote jobs together.
How long does the interview process take for you?
As a rule, the process takes 3–4 weeks. You meet several people from the team, and we get to know you better.
Does the interview process take place remotely or on site?
We usually organize the first interviews via Zoom to get to know each other quickly. If you would like to stop by Hamburg, Berlin, Munich or Osijek during the process, we will be happy to organize it.
