Johannes Haus
Johannes Haus is Partner at Etribes and Head of AI Practice. Before that, Haus was one of the first employees at XING and built its recruiting business there. Haus later founded the real estate marketplace loftville, which Immonet acquired, and ran Haspa Next, the innovation hub of Hamburger Sparkasse, as CEO.
Johannes has been building new businesses in the digital space for more than 15 years, in startup environments as well as for corporate partners. As one of the first employees of XING, he started the company's recruiting business, which today accounts for the majority of the company's revenues. He founded loftville, a disruptive real estate marketplace later bought by Immonet. As CEO of Haspa Next, he built an Innovation Hub for Europe's largest regional bank, starting and growing several digital businesses for Haspa. Across his different roles, he has built many cross-functional teams of digital product and business experts, and successfully launched and managed businesses with more than 50 million in yearly revenue. Johannes studied Business Administration at Universität St. Gallen. Haus is a keynote speaker on digital strategy, AI and China.
