Katharina Reiter
Katharina Reiter is Partner at Etribes and a member of the management board. As Director Consulting, Reiter leads six tribes with around 45 consultants and supports companies from strategy to the rollout of new technology. Before that, Reiter ran e-commerce projects at Swarovski and taught applied data analytics at the University of Innsbruck.
Katharina Reiter is Partner at Etribes, a member of the Management Board and, as Director Consulting, leads six tribes with around 45 consultants. Reiter works on digital transformation, agile program and portfolio management, digital product management and operating model development, with a focus on e-commerce, omnichannel and data management. Projects include strategy and implementation for a B2B multichannel self-service model, the operating model of a data lab and the agile transformation of IT, marketing and project teams. At Swarovski, Reiter was responsible for e-commerce projects, and taught applied data analysis at the University of Innsbruck. Reiter studied psychology in Innsbruck and Hong Kong and is PMP certified.
