Lukas Höft is Associate Partner at Etribes and leads Transaction Services. With the team, Höft supports small and mid-cap private equity investors and M&A teams in three phases: before the deal with red flag analyses and commercial, tech and AI due diligence, after the deal with value creation, and for exit and integration with equity story, exit readiness and post-merger integration. Höft joined Etribes in 2018 and has led Transaction Services since 2024. Höft studied International Business and Strategy & Innovation at Maastricht University.
